People sometimes post them on this subreddit, however they almost always fill up super fast. If you're in a hurry, you can always buy a subscription on dndbeyond, a tier that allows content sharing. Make a campaign, allow content sharing and invite me. That'll give you access to my stuff and you'll be able to keep it. DND beyond purposely increased the number of campaigns you can have with content sharing because of the pandemic. So I think this was their intent.
