I had to reload the save due to a crash, and when I went to grab the fuel shards again, the Aetherium centurions were not there, and there is no other save for a long time, don't know if i can load another and get them to spawn. You need to wait for Katria to show up and talk to you before grabbing a shard and when placing them in the arrow statue. If she doesn't show up every time (out of the 4) it might break the quest.
